Gentle Tide’s standard return is 5–7 business days. Diamond includes expedited 3-day service. Pickup timing is separate and must be confirmed for the hospital’s location and release arrangements.

Prices depend on the pet’s weight and package. Every package includes pickup, private aquamation, an urn, and return of ashes. Quote from the current price table and confirm the applicable weight band; the lowest starting price applies only to pets up to 3 lbs.
