All three packages include gentle pickup, private aquamation, and the return of your pet’s powdered remains. Gold includes white-glove delivery, ink and clay pawprints, a fur clipping frame, and a basic urn. Platinum includes everything in Gold, plus a choice of upgraded urn and nutrient-rich water. Diamond includes everything in Platinum, plus a choice of luxury urn and expedited return in 3–5 business days.
Diamond includes expedited return in 3–5 business days. We’ll confirm arrangements and the return date with you when you call. Standard return time for Gold and Platinum is 5–7 business days.
