We arrange gentle pickup from your home or animal hospital in Suffolk County.

Private aquamation
Your pet receives individual care at a dedicated aquamation facility.

Back home to you
Your pet’s powdered remains are returned with white-glove delivery in 5–7 business days, or 3–5 business days with Diamond, with the urn and keepsakes you choose.
Standard return: 5–7 business days.
Gold and Platinum packages include our standard return time of 5–7 business days. We’ll confirm your arrangements and keep you informed about your pet’s return.
Diamond: expedited return in 3–5 business days.
Our Diamond package includes expedited service. Please call to confirm scheduling and the return date before making arrangements. We do not offer next-day returns.
Pickup timing is confirmed separately.
Same-day or next-day pickup may be available, depending on location and scheduling. Travel to the East End may require additional time. Pickup availability is separate from the return timeframe for your pet’s powdered remains.
