Travel to Riverhead, the North Fork, the South Fork, and Montauk needs to be considered alongside the pickup location. If you will be leaving a seasonal home, tell us where you expect to be when your pet’s ashes are ready.
Confirm the pickup and return plan before choosing expedited service. An earlier return package does not remove the need to arrange access.
Island and restricted-access addresses.
Shelter Island ferry crossings, Fire Island access, and Fishers Island travel each require a separate conversation. A township address alone does not establish that a vehicle can reach your property.
If your pet is already with a veterinarian on the mainland, give us that location first. Please do not travel to a ferry landing or book transport on the assumption that a pickup has been arranged.
