A quiet handoff from your home.
If your cat has passed away at home, call with their approximate weight and location. Let us know whether they are in a carrier, on bedding, or in another place where you would like us to meet you. We can discuss the handoff before you move anything.
If other cats share your home, you can choose a separate space for the handoff. Questions about how a surviving pet is reacting are best discussed with your veterinarian; aftercare arrangements can be planned around your household’s needs.
Carriers and familiar belongings.
A carrier or blanket may be something you want to keep. Tell us which belongings should stay with you or be returned, and confirm the transport plan. Personal items should not be assumed to accompany your cat through aquamation.
Discuss keepsakes before care begins. A fur clipping or pawprint can be especially meaningful when you are choosing a small memorial for home.
Pickup from your cat’s veterinary practice.
If your cat is at a hospital, tell the staff you prefer private aquamation and ask who will coordinate release. Give us the practice name, address, and contact person. We can discuss collection directly from the practice rather than asking you to arrange an extra journey.

Pricing for kittens and adult cats.
Prices depend on actual weight, not age or the label “small pet.” Our lowest starting prices apply only to pets up to 3 lbs. A cat weighing 4–35 lbs falls in the next published band; please confirm the weight rather than assuming the starting price applies.

Choosing an urn and planning the return.
Every package includes your cat’s ashes returned in an urn. If you are choosing a particular urn size, sharing a memorial among family members, or hoping to use an existing urn, discuss those preferences with us before finalizing arrangements.
