From your home or veterinary hospital.
Tell us where your pet is now, their approximate weight, and any stairs or access instructions. If your pet is with a veterinarian, we coordinate the pickup with the hospital’s release contact. Pickup timing is confirmed individually.

Gold includes a basic urn, fur clipping, and ink pawprint. Platinum adds an upgraded urn choice, clay pawprint, and nutrient-rich water. Diamond includes the Platinum features, a luxury urn choice, and expedited 3-day service. Standard return is 5–7 business days.
Clear prices, based on weight.
Every package includes pickup, private aquamation, and return of your pet’s ashes. Starting prices apply to pets up to 3 lbs; larger pets fall into the published weight bands. Please call for pets over 350 lbs.
