Tell us about your dog’s size and the pickup location.
A small dog in an apartment and a large dog upstairs require different transfer plans. When you call, give us your dog’s approximate weight, the floor or room where they are, any stairs, and where a vehicle can stop.
You do not need to move a large dog before discussing pickup. Tell us if lifting or access will be difficult so we can plan the assistance and equipment needed. For a dog over 350 lbs, call for arrangements and pricing.
If your dog is at a veterinary hospital.
Provide the hospital’s name and location and let the team know you are requesting aquamation. We will need to coordinate release with the people caring for your dog. Your home address may be different from the hospital where pickup needs to happen.
If you are planning ahead, ask your veterinarian when to record your aftercare choice. Gentle Tide does not perform euthanasia; medical decisions remain with you and your veterinarian.
Collars, blankets, and keepsakes.
Tell us whether you want a collar, tag, or blanket returned. Personal items and memorial requests should be discussed separately from the aquamation process; do not assume an item travels through the process with your dog.
Gold includes a basic urn, fur clipping, and ink pawprint. Platinum adds upgraded urn choices, a clay pawprint, and nutrient-rich water. Diamond includes the Platinum features, a luxury urn choice, and expedited 3-day service. Discuss your preferences before care begins.
Prices follow weight, not breed.
Our published weight bands are up to 3 lbs, 4–35 lbs, 36–70 lbs, 71–105 lbs, and 106–350 lbs. Give us your best estimate if you do not have a current weight, and confirm the applicable band before choosing a package.

Bringing your dog’s ashes home.
Standard return is 5–7 business days. Let us know who will receive the ashes and whether you need to plan around travel. Pickup timing and return timing are separate; we confirm both with you.
