Pickup, care, and return.
Gentle Tide arranges pickup from your home or veterinary hospital, private aquamation at a dedicated facility, and the return of your pet’s powdered remains. Standard return is 5–7 business days; Diamond includes expedited return in 3–5 business days.

Gold includes white-glove delivery, ink and clay pawprints, a fur clipping frame, and a basic urn. Platinum includes everything in Gold, plus a choice of upgraded urn and nutrient-rich water. Diamond includes everything in Platinum, plus a choice of luxury urn and expedited return in 3–5 business days.
